TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. STRICTLY 14 DAY PAYMENT
· The client must pay the invoice sum in full by the 14 day. · If not payed within 14 days a late payment fee of 15% will be added to the original quoted sum 2. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS IF · You change your mind or make a wrong selection · You no longer want the goods or service · You agreed to pay the nominated amount on your quote and then changed your mind · You found the same service at a cheaper price elsewhere · You are responsible for causing a fault or damage after purchase · You used the product before the day of finish · Refunds are not available for used items 3. NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE BDT maintenance services cannot be held responsible if the service is unsatisfactory. In these circumstances · The materials were advised by you and were not advised by B.D.T Maintenance services Cracking, Breaking, Leaking, Fading, Peeling, Rotting, Bending, etc 4. WARRANTY TERMS · Warranties are available for all new products or materials "ONE YEAR" · Warranties are not available for products or materials that have not been purchase by B.D.T. Maintenance Services · Warranties are not available for used items 5. INSURANCE BDT Maintenance services Trade Insurance covers · Public Liability · Products Liability · PublicAccident Liability · Property Damage Liability |
11. PRIVACY POLICY
Information collected by BDT maintenance services will Be protected by BDT maintenance services we will not share or trade any of your personal information to third parties BDT maintenance services may collect · Your first and last name · e-mail address and phone numbers · residential or site address Other information that you might supply to us WORK HOURS Mon-Friday 6:30am / 4:30pm Saturday 6:30am /.12:00pm Sunday by appointment 6. REASONABLE TIME PERIOD BDT Maintenance services will get the job done within a reasonable period of time if extra time is needed BDT Maintenance services will inform you before the calculated time ends. 7. PRODUCT OWNERSHIP All materials supplied by BDT Maintenance services remain the property of BDT Maintenance services until payment is made in full 8. CANCELLATION Minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation is required. Notification to be made by person, Phone, Email, We reserve the right to charge a $40 fee for site turn up or to cover any expenses 9. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS BDT Maintenance services will change an additional 35% on top of the hourly rate for every hour worked on Public holiday 10. AFTER HOURS BDT Maintenance services will change an additional 20% on top of the hourly rate for every hour worked after 4:30pm 12.
